Nail Expo in Grove City, Ohio

Never again will I come back ! I called ahead and asked how long the wait was the guy said that there was no wait. I got there and it was packed. I waited a good 30 mins. He cut 6 of my ten fingers and made my cuticles bleed. The design I wanted was NOTHING LIKE WHAT I GOT. I left almost in tears. I went home showed my husband and he said to go back and make them fix it. When I got there the guy that did them was outside smoking and I asked if he could fix my nails and he told me it would cost , SERIOUSLY?? So I go inside and he messed them up once again. My gel polish was wrinkly. I told him if I'm paying for my nails to look nice I hope to get what I ask for & he shook his head. He told me to come back tomorrow and he will fix it for the THRID TIME . I will not be returning. My fingers hurt so bad just typing this but others need to be warned. I would not by any means suggest going here. This place deserves 0 stars. I would really like my money back but they seem to be pretty set on ripping people off.
