HUDSON, Ohio – Fleet Response announced this week that Allison Lanzilotta, formerly executive vice president, has been promoted to president of the company. Fleet Response is a specialized auto third party administrator (TPA) that offers claims, safety and compliance solutions for fleet, risk and safety teams. The company was founded in 1986 as Rental Concepts Inc. It began doing business as Fleet Response in 2003. Lanzilotta grew up in Rocky River and attended Grove City College in Grove City, Pa.
