Central Ohio's tight housing market and rising interest rates mean rents are rising right alongside house payments. Our 2023 list of the largest villages in Central Ohio villages uses data from the U.S. Census Bureau's American Community Survey estimates to show which villages (defined in Ohio as a municipal corporation with fewer than 5,000 permanent residents) have the most housing units and their monthly median housing costs. Like Central Ohio cities, villages vary in housing availability and cost.
