Less than a week after purchasing a Whitehall property, Wright-Patt Credit Union has acquired another piece of Central Ohio real estate. The credit union, headquartered in the Dayton-area suburb of Beavercreek, bought the Woody's Wing House building at 1840 Hillard Rome Road. The former restaurant, which closed in July, is located within the Market at Hilliard shopping mall. Wright-Patt bought the site for $3.8 million, according to the Franklin County Auditor. The nearly 6,000-square-foot building was constructed in 2005 and sits on roughly 1 acre, according to the auditor's website.
